Taking way too many food shots as is, but its fun and puts a smile on my face. Even though it makes me hungry staring at the images. (But hey, I watch tons of cooking shows so no problem.)
I should really make some sort of effort for a fashion related post, but I've been constantly wearing jeans, a hoodie, and a blazer. And I've been wearing more comfortable shoes hence sneakers.
Obsessed with the nike freedom sneakers, and since I received them as a gift, I made a promise to start exercising. But I haven't got around to it, yet. (It's the weather who has constantly been unstable, or thats my excuse that I'm rolling with.)
Any weight loss goals?
(I'm more or less determined to lose about 5-10 pounds and get back to being 115 for my 5 ft height.)
This song from 'The White Stripes' has been stuck in my head throughout the whole week.
Whenever I find myself cleaning I have to put this song on repeat on my i-pod.
So what else? Not much to go by, except that I went to an admitted student event with my best friend.
We walked around the financial district and had no idea where we were going. After a few misguided attempts we finally asked around and were pointed in the right direction. Success! Moreover, we made it to the South Street Seaport and got a bite to eat before going to the shops around there.
(And now I shall work on my portfolio for my last class.)
Hope you enjoyed your weekend!
(My sister's idea of hot chocolate with loads of big marshmallows and recent gift.)
Yay, for going to the city Saturday for a college related event.
I was reading some sort of article relating to 'Girls talking about their boyfriend all the time.'
It made me think of what my best friend said, that I don't have many posts or pictures of him here.
Well that's mostly because I would like to think (Steph) that I am not like most girls who have to bring up their significant other in conversation all the time. Such as this one girl in my Communication class where every time she was called on she had to relate it back to her boyfriend. Throughout this all I could think of is, 'Okay, okay, great, you have a boyfriend.'
It can get a bit annoying, really fast. Err, what I'm trying to say is that I think your world should not revolve around that one person and they should only add to your happiness.
Since I am such a movie fan, I thought I would share the movies I'm looking forward to the most.
1. Monsters University- Even if it's not a sequel to the first. I still want to see it. (Don't care if by then I'll be 21.)
2. The new Superman Movie/Iron Man 3.
3. World War Z, The Purge.
4. This is the End.
Fin, unless there's a scary movie coming out, (not Scary Movie 5, bummed out about no Brenda or Cindy. You don't even understand I watch those films about a hundred times and it still makes me laugh.) like a really horrifying or thrilling one that will make me squeal in my chair. Yeeessss, I enjoy being scared that's one of the things me and my boyfriend have in common except he really doesn't get scared...at all. Boo, one day I'll find a film that will make him cringe at least, ultimate mission.
Any films you guys are looking forward to see as well? or any you know are good?
Would love to hear below!
One word to describe my current state of mind 'tired.'
I spent the whole day yesterday waiting for a necessary document in the city and had a whole lot
of time to kill.I did a whole lot of walking and not enough sitting down and staying away from
the sun. Anyways, I saw the Evil Dead and it wasn't as scary as I thought it would be.
It consisted of more gore and limb chopping. But I still enjoyed it.
Any scary movies you guys recommend to see? I would love to hear any suggestions.
Albeit old or new.
(I have neglected to post because loads of stuff was occurring or I simply forget that I should. Or maybe it's just laziness on my part. Steph, my best friend of 8 years turned 21 "yay", finally committing to Pace University, helping out in my father's store, had some boyfriend woes, and my list of excuses go on and on.)
